Hello MEEOA Members,
I am writing to share with you all the newly updated MEEOA Strategic Plan for the years of 2019-2024. This plan serves as an outline for MEEOA's goals for the five-year period of our work, in hopes to give us a framework of objectives to strive for completing. While we may not meet every objective, it gives us something to keep our work on track with our overall vision. With the invaluable help and expertise I received from fellow TRIO colleagues Alan Parks, Samantha Prosser, and Jesse Blackburn, we were able to look at the former plan and through many drafts, update it to make it shine like a beacon to guide us for the next five years! I am extremely grateful and thank them for all of their help with updating this document. A copy of this file will soon be up on the MEEOA website for your reference as well as attached at the bottom of this email.
