Hey, did you see that the Maine Library Association's annual conference
registration is open? The theme is "Building Stronger Communities for
Maine's Next 200 Years"-who doesn't want to learn more about that? 

 

But, are you concerned about how to pay? Well, MLA's Scholarship and Loan
Committee is here to help with conference grants for four of you! Just go to
https://mainelibraries.org and under "Register now!" you'll see a link to
grant guidelines and a downloadable application. The deadline is September
20-instructions still say "postmarked by", but, of course, you can email
your application to me. Looking forward to seeing you at lovely Sunday
River. 

 

Also, remember, it's never too soon to be thinking about donating a basket
to our basket raffle!
