Certificates have been updated and users should now be able to log in to
the Finesse call agent phone queues. Some work still continues to update
certificates related to reporting, however any errors related to reporting
should not prevent normal phone queue operation, and users should avoid
taking steps at this time to bypass the certificate errors they might
encounter (i.e. making browser or system time changes).

Thank you.

*Subject:* CCX/Finesse call agent login issues

An expired certificate is causing login issues to the Finesse call agent
web interface this morning. Work is underway to replace the certificate,
and normal service should be restored soon. In the meantime, it may be
possible to bypass the certificate error in some browsers, or by setting
the time on your computer to a date prior to May 19th. Note if you do
change your system time, you should change it back immediately after
successfully logging in.

Updates to this issue will be provided as available.
