For the past six years, the Technology and Learning Survey has served as a useful tool for SAUs to understand how technology influences teaching and learning and how to focus on improving the technology environments that provide meaningful learning experiences. The Department will use the data collected over these years to inform the next steps for the Maine Learning Technology Initiative (MLTI) and has determined that as of July 1, 2019, the Department will not be renewing our contract with BrightBytes for the Technology and Learning Survey. Schools wishing to maintain their data dashboard beyond June 30, 2019, and/or individually contract with BrightBytes should contact them directly at:
