Scope: Loss of Network Connectivity

Summary: 
	In Portland we are moving some networks to the campus firewall.  This will cause a brief outage for the following networks:
Portland IP Cameras
Portland FM Power Meters
Portland Classroom Technology
Portland DC Network Managment


We will also move routing for the Gorham core from the 
 old Portland core to the new Portland cores.  No impact is expected.
