Now that the FY2019 Form 471 Filing Window has closed, if you have not already done so, you should take the time to review each FY2019 Form 471 that you completed.

USAC will issue a Form 471 Receipt Acknowledgment Letter (RAL) in EPC for each form that you filed and certified. The RAL directs you to review your form for accuracy and is also a mechanism for correcting any mistakes you have discovered in your review of the form.

If nothing needs to be changed on your Form 471, no applicant action is required at this time. Sit tight, respond to PIA review questions, and watch for a Funding Commitment Decision Letter.  

If you need to correct any ministerial or clerical errors, cancel an FRN, or cancel the Form 471 completely, you can do so by submitting RAL changes in EPC. You also may add a forgotten funding request or even increase a funding amount using the RAL, but only if you have a substantiating document that is dated prior to the date you submitted your Form 471 (such as an invoice or signed contract).
