Just one week remains to certify an FY2019 Form 471 before the filing window closes at 11:59 PM EDT on March 27, 2019. This form must be filed by all applicants requesting FY2019 E-Rate funding for products or services not arranged by Networkmaine.
Remember the following rules:
- Do not certify your Form 471 before the Allowable Contract Date (28 days after your Form 470 was submitted)
- Do not certify your Form 471 before you have signed a contract with the chosen service provider
- Do certify your Form 471 before the window closes!
