Scope: Network Connectivity for Wells Commons and Campus Core Links

Summary: 
	During this extended maintenance window we be working on moving fiber from the Old BDF room to the new BDF room.  This will cause an outage for the campus core links and connection to Wells Commons.

While the campus core fiber should not cause any downtime for the campus, there is the possibility of some instability during some of the work.

Time permitting, Wells commons' downtime should be around 5:00 am and should be restored be 7:00 am.
