The FY2019 Form 471 is now available in EPC. All interested in filing for E-Rate for any FY2019 eligible services not provided by Networkmaine will need to complete this form.

Enter your contract into the Contracts Module before beginning your Form 471 lest you get lost in the EPC forest.

If your FY2019 Form 471 includes a contracted service, the form must refer to a contract that has been entered and saved in the Contracts Module. 

If you have filed your Form 470 and your 28 day competitive bidding waiting period has elapsed, you can log into EPC now and get the ball rolling. If not, wait the 28 days from the date you filed a Form 470 or posted an RFP (whichever is later) before submitting your FY2019 Form 471.
