ACTEM ISTE Hotel Block Information
ACTEM has a block of hotel rooms through ISTE in the Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia Center City. This hotel is right across the street from the convention center. Room cost is $310 per night and includes breakfast and Wi-Fi. This room cost seems high for us in Maine, but remembers you are booking a hotel in downtown Philadelphia.
These rooms have two double beds so team up with a colleague and share the costs. Anyone traveling on the ACTEM-ISTE Bus would need a room for four nights at the ISTE conference (Sat – Tues.). Your room cost could be a low as $620 for the four nights when sharing a room.

ACTEM Hotel Block Reservation Link:
Use the above link to reserve a room or rooms for ISTE in Philadelphia. If you are taking the bus, your arrival date is 6/22 and departure date is 6/26.
When you go to put in your arrival date at the first screen, it defaults to an arrival date of 6/23 and you can't change it. Two screens later, however, you can update it and correct your arrival date.
Note that you have not completed your reservation until you provide credit card information to hold the room.

The ACTEM-ISTE Hotel block doesn't offer a discount, but does get all attendees from ACTEM in the same hotel which is right next to the convention center. The hotel block is available for ACTEM members until January 25th. After that date the rooms will be released back to the pool available to all attendees, so make your reservation now.
