Well, ok, so we could have phrased THAT differently!
Tonight's "Astronomy a la Carte" (night session) propels us all back into the infancy of the Universe.

ASTRONOMY a la CARTE (Night Session)
BIG BANG AND COSMOLOGY
7:00 p.m. at the Southworth Planetarium
Enrollment:   $12 for one/$20 for two

Tonight, we ask the following questions:

-What exactly is the Big Bang?
-How long ago did it occur?
-How do cosmologists know that the Big Bang happened?
-How would a cosmologist react if you asked him/her how much they charge for blonde highlights?
-How is the darkness of the night sky related to the history of the cosmos?
-What is the fate of the Universe (spoiler:  We really don't know.)
-What is dark energy and dark matter and how do they relate to the destiny of the Universe?

Join us tonight for "Big Bang and Cosmology" with the Astronomy a la Carte Night Session

Note:  Yes, we had scheduled this class for LAST Monday, but we had to cancel due to the latest snow/ice/rain/asteroid storm.
