Scope: UMS IP Telephony

Summary: 
	 Will be performing maintenance that will require a cluster wide reboot of IP Telephony servers.  No outage is expected.  There will always be multiple servers up and running to service all phones throughout UMS.  Users may notice the screen on their phones flash as they register with other servers in the cluster.
