The Aubert IDFB switch on the second floor became unresponsive at around
11:55AM 5/14 due to what appears to be a software issue (memory leak). This
would have affected service to locations on the second floor (both wireless
and wired). Service is now restored, the cause of the crash will be
investigated and remediated.
