This form must be filed by all applicants requesting FY2018 E-Rate funding for products or services not arranged by Networkmaine. Remember the following rules: - Do not sign a contract or legally binding agreement until on or after the Allowable Contract Date (28 days after your Form 470 was submitted). This date will be identified in the Form 470 Receipt Notification Letter located in your EPC News feed. *Not sure if the 28 day waiting period has elapsed?* Log into EPC, click on the link for your organization, and click on the News menu item.
