The FY2018 Form 471 is now available in EPC for all interested in filing for E-Rate for any FY2018 eligible services not provided by Networkmaine. *Getting Started* You will want to complete a few sections in EPC before starting your Form 471: *(1) Do this first - complete the Connectivity Questions * You cannot certify a FY2018 Form 471 until this section is completed. However, if you answered these questions for a prior year's application and your answers have not changed, you do not need to re-do this section. *(2) Filing for a contracted service? Do this next - enter your contracts into the Contracts Module * If your FY2018 Form 471 includes a contracted service, your form must refer to a contract that has been entered and saved in the Contracts Module. *Next Steps* If you have filed your Form 470 and your 28 day competitive bidding waiting period has elapsed, you can log into EPC now and get the ball rolling. If not, wait the 28 days from the date you filed a Form 470 or posted an RFP (whichever is later) before submitting your FY2018 Form 471.
