The FY2017 E-Rate Form 471 filing window closes at 11:59 PM EDT on May 11, 2017.
This form must be filed by all applicants requesting FY2017 E-Rate funding for products or services not arranged by Networkmaine.
If you did not need to file a new Form 470 this year due to an existing multi-year contract resulting from a prior year's Form 470:
you can submit your Form 471 at any time before the window closes
If you filed a new Form 470 this year:
- you must wait 28 days before choosing a vendor or service provider
- you cannot sign a contract or legally binding agreement until on or after the Allowable Contract Date identified in your Form 470 Receipt Notification Letter (located in your EPC News feed)
- you cannot certify your Form 471 until steps 1 and 2 are complete
