Good Morning All, LD 318 has been referred to the Appropriations committee and we are told it will receive a hearing. This will most likely be late in the legislative calendar, maybe as late as April. HOWEVER, Please consider volunteering to present Testimony for when the hearing is held. Many of you have already submitted testimonials that have been included in information sheets like the one attached. We will keep you appraised of when the hearing will be held but it may be a short notice so please start drafting a short one or two page document that can be submitted to Appropriations when the hold their meeting.
