The FY2017 Form 471 is now available in EPC for all interested in filing for E-Rate for FY2017. The form​ has changed little from FY2016. Again this year, you will want to complete the Connectivity Questions and the Contracts Module (if you have a contract) in the appropriate places in EPC before beginning your Form 471.

If you have filed your Form 470 and your 28 day competitive bidding waiting period has elapsed, you can log into EPC now and get the ball rolling. If not, wait the 28 days from the date you filed a Form 470 or posted an RFP (whichever is later) before submitting your FY2017 Form 471.
