Models will take several strolls down the runway to display designs to judges and guests. UMMA will provide pre-determined upbeat music for all contestants. UMMA staff will direct fashion show and will specify line-up and when models and contestants are to walk.
Designs will be scored at the event by guest judges who will ask questions of the designers and/or model on each of the garments. Just like on Bravo’s Project Runway.
Guidelines for Garments:
- Must be inspired by two different works from the Museum’s Collection or works currently hanging in the galleries (either permanent collection or the two featured summer exhibitions)
