The
NEARC Fall Conference is not just for the GIS faithful. Yes, NEARC is for GIS practitioners, but NEARC is for anyone who wants to see the value GIS technology brings to their own environment and the world. This conference is very valuable for new users
as well as those who have been using GIS for many years.
If you are going to attend NEARC this fall, you might consider also bringing along your Supervisor, Town Manager, DPW Director, IT Director, and your Finance Manager; anyone who would benefit from seeing the value of GIS first hand. You will absolutely walk
away saying "NEARC is worth every penny!"
Highlights include:
-
Technical trainings from Esri
-
User to user sessions
-
Poster presentations
-
Community building activities
-
GIS Educators Day

Fall NEARC 2015 Presentations:

Some technical session presentations from the 2015 Fall Conference are available online in PDF format. To see if a session has support materials,
review the 2015 technical session schedule. Hover over the presentation title and look for the "PDF" icon below the list of speakers. (see Creating the Connecticut Maritime Heritage Corridor with Story Maps on Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. as an example.)

The Northeast Arc User Group (NEARC) is an independent, volunteer organization dedicated to helping users of Esri GIS software be more successful. We hold
a one-day conference in the spring of each year and a three-day conference in the fall. At each of these events, we foster learning through technical training from Esri, user presentations, and community building events.
