Hello All,
 
It is that time of the year again, where we all come together to celebrate GIS Day and hope to educate our friends, students, colleagues about GIS technology.  So please inform all your friends, colleagues and students to participate in the wonderful event. 
 
Attach is the schedule for the GIS Day. There is no restriction on how much time you can spend that day, it can be 15 minutes, half hour, full hour, or for the full event.  Come see what your friends and colleagues have learned in the GIS technology and how they have applied to their everyday work.
 
We strongly encourage you to come and asks questions about the technology and what it can do to enhance your everyday work.  There will be refreshments served at the event throughout the day.  There will also be DOOR PRIZE of $25 gift card for Portland Food Co-Op and possibly other prizes. 
 
We hope to see as many of you.
 
What: Celebrating GIS Day
Where: Merrill Auditorium Rehearsal Hall
Why: To educate as many people as possible about GIS Technology
When: From 9 AM to 12 Noon on November 18, 2015
HOW: How to educate you? There will be GIS Professionals presentations and there will be professional GIS firms representation for individual question and answers at their vendor tables.
