The Bangor affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) will be offering a free, six-week class for parents and in-home caregivers of children and adolescents under 18 with mental health challenges beginning on October 8 and running through Nov. 12. The class is taught by trained teachers with lived experience and will meet weekly on Thursday nights in Bangor.
