I apologize for the poor previous announcement.
Mr. David Edson of
Sewall Company has been named to the public seat on the Maine GeoLibrary Board. Mr. Edson was instrumental in designing and implementing Sewall’s first geographic information system (GIS) for forestland ownership; diversifying Sewall’s services to include
offerings in web-based enterprise GIS, renewable energy and environmental sciences; and expanding the firm’s geographic reach to five continents. He holds a BA in American History from Harvard College and an MS in Forestry from the University of Maine, and
is a Licensed Professional Forester.
He will be a great asset to the GeoLibrary.
