Sarah G is not talking about kids making accounts. The teacher has the
account (she explained the set up for teachers who do not have a google +
acct).
So the teacher who already has google+ set up would create an additional
page within their account and use that to create a youtube channel and give
the kids the email to upload it directly to that youtube channel.
At least that's the way I read it. That way the teacher would have total
control.

I started to go through the process but didn't finish yet. My issue is that
I don't see the option she mentions for choosing education, only business.
