Reminder: The FY2015 filing window for the Form 471 closes at 11:59 PM EDT on March 26, 2015.

This applies to anyone requesting E-Rate funding for products or services not arranged by Networkmaine.

Remember that you must file the form online. No paper forms will be accepted.

If you filed a new Form 470 this year:

    - you must wait 28 days before choosing a vendor or service provider

    - you cannot file the Form 471 before the Allowable Vendor Selection/Contract Date identified in your Form 470 Receipt Notification Letter

    - the Contract Award Date that you report on the Form 471 must be on or after the Allowable Vendor Selection/Contract Date but before the date you certify the Form 471

If you are still in your 28 day waiting period, you can start your Form 471 now and work up to the point where you need to provide information about the specific funding requests.
