Congratulations to RIOT SOUND, the Orono Middle School Show Choir, winners of the Division 1 championship in today's Maine State Show Choir Festival!
Under the leadership of teachers Cami Carter and Terry Henry, these talented and hardworking young performers were competing against much larger schools. It's just the first year of existence for the OMS ensemble, and they've already wowed us with their classy approach to song and dance routines. Stay tuned, because this is just the beginning of a great new adventure in the arts for Orono's students!
