Hi everyone, the new lidar data (extension of coverage to complete York, Cumberland, and Kennebec counties) is now available in our web map service (WMS) and through our orthoviewer application (to download the actual data). If you already have these WMS in a map, you don't need to do anything, the next time you use it you will see the extension of coverage. Downloadable tiles are also available (TIFF format) for 2m DEMs, 2m hillshade, and 2m slope models. State workers only - remember this is also in the GISRASTER database which is the best place to get it from. Coming up next - complete the 2' contours for this additional area... =============================== Michael Smith MS GISP State GIS Manager, Maine Office of GIS State of Maine, Office of Information Technology michael.smith _at_ maine.gov 207-215-5530 Board Member, Maine GeoLibrary Education Chair, Maine GIS Users Group State Rep, National States Geographic Information Council [cid:image001.jpg@01D012FB.D104AC20] State House Station 145 51 Commerce Drive Augusta, ME 04333-0145 69o 47' 58.9"W 44o 21' 54.8"N ----------------------------------------------------------------------- This list Maine GeoNews (GEOLIBRARY-L) is an unmoderated discussion list for all Maine GIS Users.
