It's worth noting that in the FAQ's, they mention that an exam is being added to the portfolio application sometime in the first half of 2015, so if you're thinking about applying for GISP certification you may want to do it sooner rather than later.

It covers educational certificates, licensing, etc.

More so, download the application packet - 32 pages. There are different categories in which one must accumulate points in order to apply - education, professional experience, contributions to the profession, etc - and you have to provide proof of each item (when I did it, the packet grew to over an inch thick of paper!). Due to the nature of that application, I'm doubtful there's one course of study that would cover all that. If there is, Tora should market the heck out of that!!
