	Performing maintenance on and rebooting servers that support various queues.  Down time will be roughly 10 minutes each.

Also performing maintenance on one US:IT IP telephony server.  Interruption of services will be minimal if any for this maintenance.  This maintenance will take several hours.  Phones registered to this server will register to others and users shouldn't see any down time
