Summary: 
	Performing maintenance on UMA,UM, and Networkmaine CCX servers that will require a reboot.  Queues will be down during the reboot, other than UTSC Support Queue.  No upgrade of desktop agents is required. This is for security purposes and to be ready for future upgrades. 10 minutes each server. 

Also moving IP telephony server onto VMWare.  No downtime is expected.
