The Networkmaine E-Rate enrollment window will be open from Monday, October 6th through Friday, October 17th.

Each school district, independent school, and library that is a member of the Networkmaine consortium must complete enrollment to be considered eligible to receive E-Rate funded services arranged by Networkmaine for Funding Year 2015.
All required forms must be received no later than October 17th.
Enrollment is an annual event. Members of Networkmaine must enroll each year to continue to receive these services.

A few helpful hints regarding enrollment:
- To begin enrollment, go to https://enroll.networkmaine.net/ and click on the "Enter Enrollment" button.
- Enrollment consists of an online survey, and three forms to be printed, signed, and mailed to Networkmaine.
- Your enrollment will not be considered complete until all three required forms have been received.
- Forms must be received by Networkmaine no later than October 17th in order to be eligible.
