The dynamic update process has been restart and registration / roaming is
working properly again.

I am not sure when the problem started but we received the first problem
report that seems that it might be related was around 6pm last night.  (NOC
received an e-mail from a UMaine dorm student.) Process was reset at about
11:40 this morning.
