There is just one week left to file a Form 471 for E-Rate funding for FY14-15. The filing window closes next Wednesday, March 26 at 11:59 PM EDT. Both the Form 471 and the associated Item 21 Attachment are due by the close of the window.
Remember, this is only for those of you who request E-Rate funding directly from USAC for eligible products and services beyond the Internet and transport services for which Networkmaine files a consortium application.
