I thought the article a lot more fair than the title.  The stories are a team that is much more fun to watch and a schedule that has (and will) suck.

A small part of article, but IMHO  huge is that once someone leaves being a season ticket holder, the likelihood of getting them back is small to nonexistent, no matter how great a show you're putting on.
