12:00 - 1:00 PM   RESEARCH WORKSHOP FOR ALL EMCC and UMA STUDENTS in the computer lab.  
Shiva Barandi, the Director of Off-Campus Library Services for University College has put together a FANTASTIC presentation about research: the on-line tools and how to use them, how to develop a topic, and how to avoid plagiarism.  This is your chance to get valuable information and ask questions, so don't miss it!!!!

NEXT FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25th - FRIGHT AT THE FORT!!!!
We'll be meeting in the Ellsworth Center lobby starting at 4:45 pm and leaving at 5:00 pm for the Fort.  You must show up at the Center first so we know how many tickets will be needed when we get there. Students will receive up to two free tickets each - one for the student, and one for a guest. Additional tickets are $10 for adults, $5.00 for children under 12.  Students are responsible for purchasing extra tickets on their own.  Students are also responsible for their own transportation.
