Hi my GIS friends, just wanted to remind everyone that this Friday (6/28) is the annual MEGUS Summer School. This is a great, and inexpensive, opportunity to get more GIS training. We have a great agenda put together with concurrent tracks. And of course a great opportunity to network with other GIS professionals and students in the state. The location this year is at the beautiful Sebasco Harbor Resort in Phippsburg and features a lunch lobster bake (with alternatives for vegetarians or non-seafood eaters). I'm really excited about this year's summer school and hope to see you there! Details at www.megug.org<http://www.megug.org> PS we will be voting for 3 Board seats, so if you're a MEGUG member and interested in being more involved please consider running for the Board! =============================== Michael Smith MS GISP State GIS Manager, Maine Office of GIS State of Maine, Office of Information Technology michael.smith _at_ maine.gov 207-215-5530 Board Member, Maine GeoLibrary Education Chair, Maine GIS Users Group State Rep, National States Geographic Information Council [cid:image001.jpg@01CE70C0.56B669B0] State House Station 145 51 Commerce Drive Augusta, ME 04333-0145 69o 47' 58.9"W 44o 21' 54.8"N ----------------------------------------------------------------------- This list Maine GeoNews (GEOLIBRARY-L) is an unmoderated discussion list for all Maine GIS Users.
