Hi Barbara,

I spoke with someone from the IRS last week. Due to late legislation forms
and booklets are running behind schedule. The lady I spoke says they are
aiming for mid-February.
They can be printed http://www.irs.gov/Forms-&-Pubs, which is OK for the
forms but not so much for the booklets.
