PARCELS – have been ADDED to the MEGIS internet data catalog
for the following town: Hallowell, Litchfield, Camden, Warren, Boothbay Harbor,
Dixfield and Fryeburg. Parcels have been UPDATED for Rockport, Newcastle, Waldoboro, Wiscasset, Bowdoinham, Woolwich, Liberty and Georgetown.
Reminder – data that is scheduled to be replaced include the data
layers for: rescue (ambulance), armories, correctional facilities, fire (fire_ems), hospital,
schlib (schools and libraries) police and state facilities.
The data structure will change with this update to reflect its inclusion in the USGS National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI).
