You can't see the page “http:...” because it's not on the approved list in parental controls.

To add this website to your approved list, click Add Website. To do this, you need an administrator password.

I've been getting this message periodically.  Usually (but not exclusively) with Netflix and my queue.  I type in the admin password, and it comes up again and again and again.  I look at parental controls--they are not turned on.  This is on the teacher account.  ??? Help?
