The Joebox does "string in string" comparison on URLs, so if you type in ".
yahoo.com" instead of "yahoo.com" for your block list, "yahoo.com" won't
match because it doesn't have a "." but "anything.yahoo.com" will match.

You shouldn't need to allow yahoo.com explicitly, if it's getting blocked
try a "Soft Allow" for yahoo.com and a block for "messenger.yahoo.com".
