*Expressions Night!*

Thanks to all who participated, performed, cheered, decorated and cleaned
up after Expressions Night. What a hoot! We are in the process of setting
up a URockMaine You Tube

*Donate Some Non-Perishable Food Items*

There is a shopping basket from Hannaford set up in the front lobby. Please
bring in some non-perishable food items as a donation for the Food Pantry.
When you donate, enter the drawing to win a gift certificate to Hannaford.

URock Closed: Friday, December 23, Monday, Dec 26th and Monday, January 2.

*Spring Semester Registration Continues!*

including campus calendars, links to the Distance Learning Class Search and
ways to put courses on your wish list from all UMS campuses. Advising
appointments with Beverly Bayer <[log in to unmask]>and Deborah
Meehan<[log in to unmask]>are available by calling the URock
front office at 596-6906.

If bad weather forces us to cancel classes, you will find the most up to

You can also call the URock office for an updated recorded message.
Generally, classes are canceled two hours before start times.

*Financial Aid Reminders*

Please remember to adjust your enrollment in Maine Street if you are
changing the number of credit hours from what was expected of you for the
spring term. Also for those of you who filed a SAP appeal for fall,
remember that you are under contract with financial aid to meet certain
academic standards. If you will not meet those, there is yet another appeal
process but you must demonstrate extraordinary circumstances.

Reapplying for Financial Aid for summer & fall 2012 and spring 2013. Just
as soon after the New Year, we advise that you prepare your 2011 federal
income taxes and then file your FAFSA <http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/> for the
2012-2013 academic year. The earlier you apply, the more money you may be
awarded!

The Board of the URock Student

always looking for new members to help with the planning and
sponsoring
of activities and events to build the URock community. This is a great way
to make new friends and offer your leadership skills. Check the web

*SAVE THE DATE*: Friday, January 29th, the SA will sponsor a *Wii Night *of
