Prior to joining GMRI he instructed at the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School and directed the Marine Conservation Corps in California. *Wednesday, 6/29: Bungling Toward Disaster: The Story of Revolutionary War Naval Action on the Coast of Maine** Jim Nelson* is a native of Maine and a resident of Harpswell. He is the author of sixteen works of historical fiction and non-fiction.
