Set up a payment plan in MaineStreet
Students now
have the ability to enroll in a payment plan inside MaineStreet.

Please remember
to renew your FAFSA
for the 2011-2012 financial aid year by 2/15. Renewing by this priority
deadline will allow you to be fully considered for all forms of aid and to
also receive an award offer earlier.
Apply for the Competitive Skills Scholarship
The Competitive Skills Scholarship Program (CSSP)
helps workers learn new skills and succeed in a changing economy. The
program is open to all qualified Maine residents and pays for education for
jobs in demand in Maine. Applications are expected to be available
beginning 2/1 and the deadline is 2/15.

We are
recruiting volunteers and students who have a work-study award to staff our
business office. Volunteers are eligible to earn a three credit hour UMA

Maine Centers for Women, Work and Community, on Thursday, 1/27 from 6:30
to 7:30 pm to learn about a
federal matched savings account program that can help pay
for education, buy a home, or start a business. Qualified individuals may
apply to open a Family Development Account (FDA) so that every dollar saved
can be matched by four dollars. Please email Shelley
