When I got that message, I looked up and noticed that the page that I had requested to override was not in the box. I just typed in the right address and that seemed to work.
Lots of problems with this equipment though!!

Still new at the JoeBox and trying to sort things out. I have verified that the user accounts to override are set up correctly.
