Want Financial Aid for Summer?

If you want financial aid for summer courses, go into Maine Street and add credit hours for the summer session under the "Housing and Enrollment" tab.  Need help?  Ask at the front desk.

Get Ready for a Late February Chili Cook Off!

Get out your best recipes and prepare for a late February chili cook off.  We'll have tasting and competition for the best chili, 50/50 raffles and more.  Stay tuned for details.

Please remember that the URock web site is the first place to look for cancellation information.  It's also the most accurate.  In addition, you may call the office for a storm message, or check TV channels 6, 8 & 13. Remember to listen for reference to UC Rockland in the announcements.

Annual URock Ice Skating Party - Sat. March 6

The URock Student Association has booked Saturday, March 6, from 6:00 - 8:00PM for the URock annual ice skating party at Mid-Coast Recreation on Route 90.  This is a great, free event for students and their families.  Skate rentals are free.  Save the date!

Summer and Fall Schedules Due Out in March

Summer and fall course schedules are getting built now.  Schedules will get published sometime in March. There will be a change in course start times next fall.  Onsite courses will run at 9:00, 1:00, 4:00 and 7:00.  There will be no more 10:00AM starts. 

Maya Angelou - Free Ticket for Each UMA Student!

Tickets are now on sale for the Maya Angelou event at the Augusta Civic Center on April 26 at 7:00PM. All Rockland students get ONE free ticket. This event is sponsored by the Augusta Student Government Association. Email your name, campus or center location, with MAYA TICKET in the subject line to UMA student life at [log in to unmask].
