Greg, I downloaded the e911rds shape file. South Portland is missing from that data catalog. The data mentioned below has not only the street names and street centerlines etc. but other information that makes it useful for E911 Dispatch systems. I will contact our GIS coordinator. We have this information but it is probably in disparate sources and not in the format required by this database. Thanks Greg.
