Given the recent requests for removal from the
Geolibrary listserver it looks like we should do the following:
1
- maintain a master contact list to selectively email information about GIS
meetings, conferences etc. that everyone is interested in

- maintain a listserve for people who are interested in on ongoing dialogue
about GIS issues
