I have finally received the credentials to administer the GeoLibrary web
page (http://www.maine.gov/geolib <http://www.maine.gov/geolib> ). 

I have initially updated the meeting minutes/agendas and Board
membership.  If you have any other minor changes you'd like to see let
me know.

One obvious addition is a link to the portal which I will add soon -
first we need to secure the portal logon screen.
