Please
recall our discussion at the previous meeting, I need your comments regarding
changes in the Board membership, i.e.:
What
the membership profile should be - including adding a federal representative
and perhaps others such as we discussed: Should have Federal Representative
as well as legislative. One was correct when said future funding
in critical through legislature. As far as county representatives, you have different
county internal
users that require representation, not a specific department.
Removal
of members not attending regularly: -
3 consecutive
meeting without excusal (Some are totally justifiable)
Quorum
# - 1/2 of the
membership and should be odd number
Voting
# - Should be 2/3 of
the members present if quorum met
I
need this by Thursday so I can compile for our next meeting.
