Also, if using IE7 or if your web browser blocks pop-ups, you must
enable pop-ups to use the Map Viewer.

OK everybody please try this out:

Currently this is the out-of-the-box portal still running against the
DEP database.  New database is being created specifically for the
portal, then we will customize with ESRI's help.
